Joel Wilson, BA – Behavior Consultant 

Joel Wilson is a Behavior Consultant with Connections Inc. focusing on Juvenile Justice Services.   Originally from Anderson, Indiana Joel received a baseball scholarship to play at a Wichita State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1989. He was a member of the College World Series championship baseball team at Wichita State in his final year of attending college. 

After graduation, he worked three years at an adult prison as a Correctional Officer and worked then worked seventeen years in law enforcement.  Joel also worked for several years as a  Juvenile Detention Officer before joining Connections Inc. From these experiences, Joel has developed  his passion to help others and believes “Giving up on one youth is one too many.”
