Partner With Connections, Inc.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a provider of behavioral health and family support services with Connections, Inc.  With a strong reputation for service excellence and a consistently high volume of referrals, our provider network must continue to grow to meet the needs of Indiana’s children, teens, adults, and families Statewide.   

As part of our 2026–2027 growth strategy, we are actively expanding into additional counties across the State of Indiana and increasing community access to our virtual services nationwide. In support of this effort, we are seeking to align with highly qualified professionals and organizations in all regions of the State to join our provider network.   Specifically, we are currently seeking those whose experience and scope of practice includes the following for pediatric and/or adult populations:  

Behavioral Health

  • Neuropsychologist
  • Pediatric Behavior Consultant
  • Post Doctoral Psychology Fellow (Salaried employee)
  • Psychologist
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Therapist: Visitation, Assessment and/ or Office, Virtual or HB Therapy

Community Education

Matrix Course Instructors

Family Support Services

  • Family Support Consultants:  Domestic Violence Recovery 
  • Family Support Consultants:  Fathers Engagement
  • Family Support Consultants:  Visitation & Casework services

Justice Services

  • Juvenile Behavior Consultant
  • Youth Mentor

Interested in Learning a Little More About Us? Attend an Open Meeting.

We currently host an open group meeting every Thursday evening from 6-7pm EST to share more about Connections, Inc. with any interested candidates and to answer any general questions you may have about our agency or the contracting process.  If you would like to join us to learn more, an RSVP is required to info@connections-inc.net 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The third Thursday of each month is held at our clinic located at 8604 Allisonville Road; Suite 280 Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to meet our staff and to tour our office space, conference rooms and facilities available for your complimentary use.

Provider Requirements & Fee Schedule

In the interim, please find below the Provider Requirements to become a contracted vendor with the Connections team; as well as our invoicing policy and 2026 Fee Schedule.  The fee schedule represents the compensation you can expect to receive for services rendered on our behalf to the Indiana Department of Child Services, in network insurance agencies, managed care entities, and other community partners who fund our agency.  

Licensed staff will be provided with complementary credentialing support and office space upon request.

Student Training Opportunities

We invite practicum students or post-doctoral professionals to apply with Connections, Inc. for full or part-time positions year-round.  As a student with our team, you will gain hands-on experience in real-world behavioral health and family support settings while contributing to meaningful, community-based work. If you are pursuing a degree in social work, psychology, education or business operations, from a bachelor’s degree to a post-doctoral level of accomplishment, join an organization where your learning is valued, your voice is respected, and your work directly supports stronger individuals, families, and communities.
