Founded in 1999, Connections, Inc. has grown into a trusted leader in integrated behavioral health, juvenile justice interventions, family support, and community wellness education across the State of Indiana. Over the years, we have had the honor of serving thousands of children, adults, and families, and we remain deeply grateful to our dedicated staff, past and present, whose work has helped bring hope, healing, and meaningful support to the people we serve. From the beginning, Connections was built on a simple belief: people deserve practical honest support that leads to real change. Integrity, trust, respect, safety and compassion mixed with daily laughter and kindness are values we fully embrace.

Our work is grounded in the belief that stability, growth and well-being for people of all ages most often begins in the home and within one’s sense of self. We consider it an absolute privilege to be invited to walk alongside people through their most difficult of times and our deepest professional joy to celebrate with them in their progress and success.

Connections began many years ago with a focus on helping young people with autism and other developmental needs to thrive in their homes and schools. Since then, our organization has expanded to become a comprehensive provider of behavioral health and family support services for both system-referred individuals and those seeking support for their own mental health, family stability, or personal wellness.

We measure success by outcomes that matter: improved mental health and resiliency, healthier family systems, greater stability, reduced system involvement, and lasting personal growth. Every service we provide is designed to help children and adults build insight, strengthen relationships, develop practical life skills, and move forward with greater confidence and support.
